Founded in 1999, Long Cheong Hong has grown from a small shark fin processing shop into one of Macau’s leading suppliers of premium dried seafood and gourmet ingredients. With over 16 years of experience, we now operate a full-scale wholesale department and processing facility, serving both Macau and mainland China.
Our clientele includes over 100 local restaurants, major resort hotels, and gaming operators. Thanks to years of continuous innovation and unwavering customer support, we’ve expanded our business to operate three retail outlets — two in Macau’s Central District and one in the Northern District. We plan to open a fourth shop in the Cotai area within the next two years, staying true to our motto:
"Authentic Products, Customer First."
To ensure long-term quality and reliability, we maintain close relationships with our suppliers. Each year, we dispatch dedicated teams to visit our partners around the world, inspecting facilities and understanding their operations to ensure a stable supply chain and consistent product standards.

We were also pioneers in launching Macau’s first dried seafood delivery service, offering daily scheduled deliveries to make shopping and gifting more convenient than ever.
